These terms govern text messages (SMS) sent by Cincinnati School of Music LLC ("CSM," "we," "our," or "us") to mobile phone numbers provided to us by clients, prospective clients, and authorized account holders. By providing your mobile number and consenting to receive text messages from CSM, you agree to these terms.
CSM uses text messaging to send communications related to your inquiry, lessons, scheduling, enrollment, account updates, and occasional promotions. Messages may include lesson reminders, schedule changes, cancellation notices, billing notifications, expiring lesson credit reminders, and announcements about CSM programs and events.
You consent to receive text messages from CSM when you provide your mobile number through our website, our booking system, our office, or any other channel where we collect contact information for the purpose of providing services. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of enrollment or purchase.
Text messages may be sent using automated technology, including automatic telephone dialing systems.
Message frequency varies based on your account activity, lesson schedule, and the type of communications you have not opted out of. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan. CSM is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier related to text messages sent or received.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from CSM. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further text messages from us unless you opt back in.
Opting out of text messages will not stop service-related communications sent through other channels, such as email or phone, that are necessary to operate the services you have enrolled in.

Our text messaging service is compatible with major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Information collected through text messaging is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information to third parties. Information is shared with our SMS service providers solely for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our text messaging services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
