Cancel/Reschedule A Lesson

Log in to your Opus Account to cancel an upcoming lesson or schedule a makeup lesson.
To schedule a makeup lesson:
Scroll down to view "Credits", where you can see your available makeup credits
Click the small navy blue button that says "Use" and then enter the desired date, location, and staff (teacher) to pull up available makeup lesson times.
Click on the makeup time you'd like to schedule
Click "Book Appointment"
On the next screen, scroll down and click the navy blue bottom "Enroll and pay now" to apply your makeup credit towards booking this makeup lesson
In the event you need to cancel a lesson, please either cancel your lesson online through Opus or let the office know. If you wish to reschedule a lesson, courtesy makeup lessons are offered. Courtesy makeup lessons are a benefit to all currently enrolled students. They can be requested for any missed lesson as long as the office receives 24 or more hours notice of the cancellation. Makeups are NOT guaranteed as they are subject to teacher availability.
Many students save up their makeups and use them in the summer when they have extra time to practice. Your teacher will have more openings in the summer due to students taking a week off here and there for vacations. Other students enjoy taking an hour lesson occasionally instead of their normal half-hour lesson. You can also give them to a sibling or a friend to try a new instrument, or use them yourself to try a second instrument or voice! To schedule a courtesy makeup lesson, please follow the directions above.
