The easiest way to cancel a lesson or schedule a makeup is through your Opus1 account. Log in, navigate to your credits, and select an available time that works for your schedule.

To cancel an upcoming lesson, log in to Opus1 or contact your location directly.
Cancellations made 24 or more hours before the scheduled lesson are eligible for a makeup credit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson are not eligible.
When possible, a late-cancelled lesson may qualify for Lesson Notes — practice guidance and assignments sent by your teacher during the scheduled lesson time. Contact the office if you'd like to request Lesson Notes for a late cancellation.

Available makeup credits appear in your Opus1 account under Credits. Use a credit to book an available slot with your teacher at a location and time that works for your schedule.
