Part-time Office Assistant at our Mason location. Starting pay is $17/hour. After training is successfully completed, a merit-based pay increase option is available.
All shifts are worked onsite at the Mason location (6682 Tri Way Dr, 45040). Applicants should live within 25–30 minutes of Mason.
Cincinnati School of Music has a comprehensive training program for new team members. You'll train alongside current staff and learn the full scope of the admin role before taking on shifts independently. No prior music experience required — curiosity and a willingness to learn are what matter.
Our admin team is the center of operations at each location. You're the first face students and families see when they walk in, and the voice they hear when they call or text. You manage scheduling, support teachers, handle enrollment and billing inquiries, and keep the location running smoothly.
It's a role that requires genuine care for people — and offers genuine satisfaction when you get it right. Most of our current admin staff will tell you they didn't expect to love the job as much as they do.
Cincinnati School of Music was founded in 2012 by Joe and Anna Backer. What started as a small home-visit piano program has grown into the largest private music school in Greater Cincinnati — five locations and 60+ teachers. CSM has been recognized as one of Ohio's Best Workplaces multiple times and has received Cincy Magazine's Best of the North award for music instruction ten consecutive years.
The admin team has grown with the school — and many of our staff have been here for years.
